Thats just the thing, some of the codes for Brawl confuse me Im not even sure what the infinite lives code is doing, maybe TS can help explain how they work? I presume their writing to mem2 or its just different code types and look because their Wii

Just a shot in the dark here, and I'm probably wrong, but the first line could be an if equal statement.

Line 1: If lives = 1
Line 2: Lives = 99
Line 3: End if

I don't see why you'd go through the trouble of an if statement though when you could just simply poke the 99 lives. Although I personally like using assembly to have it simply not subtract any lives, though I don't know how all this works for Wii games.

Depends if that address is doing other stuff when not in use. Obscure 2 for example the ammo and item codes do something else out of game, and if they cant do their thing, it crashes. Just an example.

I'll take alook at the health stuff, though if it hasnt been done yet, I'm presuming its not that easy.

Ive found it, but the actual damage part moves >_< the visual counter part doesnt seem to however which is so far located here

Both seem to have the same value to match your % The actual damage though is an increasing floating point value.

You can write a small bit of ASM to do that by player! Just look for a register with the player number in there! (0-3)

r27 displays 00000001 would that be it? Eitherway I have no idea how to do that lol, been wondering that for awhile, as alot of games have this problem (didnt Spiderman do this LM?)

The other problem is the BPW breaks straight away, and nothing happens if I set another one and get damaged.

If it is the health then it should be fine. It could just update the health the whole time. You said it effected all players so you're golden.


Do a BP Execute on that ASM to see if those player registers change.

Whatever register holds the health should only have player 1's when those registers you found are 0 (OR 1, depends on where the count starts, but it's usually 0). Another BPX on it should have another player's health and, again, another corresponding player number in the same register(s) as before.

If it does have this info, I'll tell you how to do the next steps to get a working ASM code. (way easier on WiiRD than with GCN AR because of the super fantastic awesome codetypes of win)

Setting multiple BPE's f1 and f2 read 41B91270 (which is my health reading currently). All other times they read 00000000 (which is my enemies health) Sorry for being a complete twat with this, but does that help any?
